Honestly couldn???t fault Floral Dreams. Due to the weather conditions my delivery was pushed back to the day after. Floral dreams informed me of this with a lovely voicemail and assured me that my flowers would be delivered. They were delivered the following day and they were beautiful as always. 4 stars given, flowers are lovely no complaints there, however slightly disappointed they were left on my drive behind my car when delivered. They could of been stolen or damaged . If i had of been phoned on the number given at the time of delivery, i would of been able to take them in, as i was at corner shop. As i said lovely presented flowers thankyou.

I have been over whelmed by the recent service and delivery of a gorgeous bouquet of flowers to my daughter in UK . I live in New Zealand and separated over the past 18+ years from my daughter I had a mothers heart longing to support her with love over recent surgery.The flowers were so easy to order online and the biggest surprise was that within 1 HOUR they were in my daughters hands ! Very easy to choose and order, although I would have liked more updates on the progress of the delivery.The recipient was very pleased with the bouquet but the flowers dried up and wilted within a couple of days despite following the care instructions. We expected them to last longer. I've used the florist before with good results so maybe we were just unlucky in the Mother's Day scramble...
